The following agreement sets out the conditions under
which More Bitcoin Income Ltd. will provide
its services to its members. Member must read this agreement
prior to joining. By making the deposit with More Bitcoin Income,
member states that he/she has carefully read, understood,
fully accepts and will under any circumstances abide by this
agreement.
General
"Member" means any person owning an account at More Bitcoin Income.
Member confirms that he/she is at least 18 years of age or
more depending on the official legal age in any particular
jurisdiction.
Member acknowledges that he/she is acting as an individual
and not on behalf of any other entity or authority.
By investing with More Bitcoin Income, member guarantees
that he/she will not use this site in any illegal way and
member undertakes to respect all applicable local, national
or, where applicable, international laws.
Member agrees that More Bitcoin Income reserves the right
to modify the member Terms & Conditions at any time and to
notify member by posting an updated version of the Terms &
Conditions on the More Bitcoin Income website.
Under no circumstances should member consider anything found
in this website an offer to sell securities or a
solicitation to invest in any investment opportunity. Member
agrees that the moderators of More Bitcoin Income are in
no way liable for the performance or lack of performance of
any investment or private arrangement that comes to the
attention of the reader here and for any losses Member may
incur. Member bears the responsibility for all decisions
made.
Member understands that More Bitcoin Income is not
registered with the SEC or NASD as financial advisor or
dealer in securities per The Investment Advisers Act of
1940. Member agrees that he/she has not relied on any of
these acts or on any other related laws from any other
jurisdictions.
Member agrees not to hold More Bitcoin Income accountable
for any damage or loss caused by any events, actions or
omissions, leading to delays or inaccuracies in the
transmission of information and/or requests due to a
breakdown in or failure of any transmission or communication
facilities, beyond the control of More Bitcoin Income.
Member understands and agrees that all information he/she
receives from More Bitcoin Income is unsolicited, private
communication of privileged, proprietary, and confidential
information intended for member only. Member agrees to keep
it private and not to disclose it to any third party unless
this information is obviously of a public nature. Member
agrees not to post any part of this web site in a public
forum or to forward it via e-mail.
Member agrees that More Bitcoin Income reserves the right
to close any member's account at any time for the violation
of any of the rules mentioned in this agreement.
Anti-Spam Policy
This document makes use of the term "spam". The use of that
term is as a common slang for the sending of unsolicited
email messages, or off-topic usenet postings.
Member understands and fully accepts the fact that
More Bitcoin Income will not tolerate unsolicited
commercial emails (spam) and has a zero tolerance policy
regarding the transmission of "spam" e-mails. Moreover, we
are strongly convinced that spam is unlawful.
Member agrees that any member of More Bitcoin Income
caught spamming will have his/her membership cancelled and
banned from this site without any refund.
More Bitcoin Income strictly prohibits its members from
using spam and other forms of Internet abuse to seek
referrals. Spam is defined as including, but not limited to,
the following:
Electronic mail messages addressed to any recipient with
whom the initiator does not have an existing business or
personal relationship or is not sent at the request of, or
with the express consent of, the recipient; Messages posted
to Usenet and message boards that are off-topic (unrelated
to the topic of discussion), cross-posted to unrelated
newsgroups, or posted in excessive volume; Solicitations
posted to chat rooms, or to groups or individuals via
Internet Relay Chat or "Instant Messaging" system (such as
ICQ); Certain off-line activities that, while not considered
spam, are similar in nature, including distributing flyers
or leaflets on private property or where prohibited by
applicable rules, regulations, or laws.
More Bitcoin Income may undertake, at its sole discretion
and with or without prior notice, the following enforcement
actions:
Account Termination: Upon the receipt of a credible
complaint, More Bitcoin Income may immediately suspend the
account of the individual implicated in the abuse.
Termination of More Bitcoin Income service and removal
from the membership could result if further investigation
reveals that abuse was being practiced. Proof of abuse will
result in the immediate closure of your More Bitcoin Income
account, the loss of all investment money, the loss of all
referrals, and a prohibition against any future membership.

NOTE: Incomplete complaints will result in enforcement
delays. For example, all email spam complaints must include
